Just to clarify, no one was hiding from you. it would have been my esteemed pleasure to go to RIT and beat you from one end of the table to the other but as I explained I committed to Millennium first and I try to honor my commitments.
As for results, I am happy to report that my son Brian crushed to competition with his tooled out Deamon army. In the last game he played yours truly for the title. I entered that game in first after tabling my round one opponent, and nearly doing the same round two leaving only Azreal hanging on with two wounds left. It came down to the last turn but my troops wilted and my son scored both objectives on his last move. So the standing were...
First-Brian Lillie Second-Corey Davis Third-Ron Lobdell Fourth-Doug Lillie
Congrats to both Corey and Ron for both staging great comebacks after somewhat shaky starts. As for the smack you are running, I am sure that any of the previously listed players, myself included would be happy to beat you down into submission. You did the running and hiding, choosing the inferior competition over playing with the true experts of 40K. I had a tooled out, balls nasty army with me. Normally it would have been an embarrassment to take something like that but yesterday was special.

From those that I've talked to and by the sound of the battle report from Doug, it sounds like good times were had by all. Congrats to Brian for beatin down his dad ;D and to everyone who placed.

Haha, I dont know, ive heard dubious rumors of him being 52-0 since he came to boldos and having 25,000 point armies. He might be more than we can handle doug. LMAO!!!
Yeah C4s 1st opponents left after deployment. They had to switch some players around to get him an opponent and he had a late start to his game which he never got to finish and pulled a major victory out of it. But tied the next game where he faced the army I faced in the first round and only got to the bottom of turn 2.
My opponent was 45 mins late, so I also got a late start but i got to finish, my opponent was rather dubious with his models, some how a Nob with a choppa end up being a Nob with a power claw and a Nob squad ended up having 4 PKs but not one was modeled. I couldnt tell which squads where what as it was a sea of black primer and grey. Some how I ended up doing 34 wounds to a Boyz squad and it still had 11 guys left. Of course he was saying I shot here and there and this and that and not the intended target, in which I replied, "Well ill be d**ned if I can tell who's who." So I ended up losing with a minor victory because of a phantom squad that emerged from the mass of orks which I thought I killed becuase I was purposely aiming at troop choices, that took an extra object. Then I masacared my next two oppenents with glee.

Maybe we should have the top 3 from Millenium and the top 3 from RIT play for the title of Rochester's Ard Boy...

It doesn't look like anyone posted the RIT results officially, so here they are:
1st: Andy C (Havok) - Armored Company w/Allies 2nd: Shaun (TrueDemon) - Dark Angels 3rd: Jay Woodthingy - Sisters
We had 8 players. Thanks again to Alex for putting this together.

I never said you sucked, but if you feel that you do who am I to argue. What I said was that the real competition was at Millennium. I played my list with RIT second place finisher. We managed a tie, I edged him by one victory point but I am sure he would also agree that even though the score was close the battle was in my favor. The game ended on turn 5. One or two more turns makes it a bloodbath in my favor. Oh yeah and I finished fourth! ;D

Hopefully in a few weeks i can play some of these forces. I think it was both you and Norton who were lucky that you left town with your pride in tact. If you would have stayed around I would have beaten you AGAIN in the 'ard Boyz just like I did to your Catachan last year at Boldo's with my Sisters. Yep that's right I beat you last year with a bunch of girls, this year would have been far worse! ;D BTW it was a fun time, I entered round 3 in first and had to play my son. I gave him a good fight but couldn't wrestle the objectives away from him. It was a good time and I am glad we played. Brian and I both have our lists and would be happy to play whenever you like.

The game was intense and fun but remember I was mopping up at that point. You had one marine left in a squad that went to ground, a few remaining marines in a fight with Slaanesh with three oblits poised to charge in, One lightning claw termie that was about to get shot again with a landraider and more oblits, and a crusader that would have taken more oblit abuse. The only threat I had was a squad of two lascannons that was trapped behind dead rhinos with no targets. We tied thanks to the game ending, more turns would have equaled more abuse.
