My guess on location will be the same as last year, the Student Union. Hopefully they will turn the lights on this time.

here is the location Seymour College Union (building 22 on the map at: www.brockport.edu/about/maps/images/campus.pdf)In the ballroom. I'll have parking instructions within a day or two (If you're arriving after 3pm on friday you won't need a parking permit) Thanks, Boldo

Was it just "pay at the door" last time? I'm only going for 40k on Sunday unless there's some sort of 40k event before then...

This time I am sure that the cost is just $5 for each tournament and there is only 40k on Sunday.
Thanks, boldo

Boldo--thanks for your timely responses.
I noticed a discrepency--the website says 40k @ 1800 pt level, but you said 1850 here?
Is this correctible? Or are we stuck with 1800 now?
Will painted minis be required/judged?
I hate to ask so many questions but the burpanomicon website is pretty sparse on the info.
Is there going to be comp or is it all just battle points?
Thanks again! ;D

it will be 1800, and yes painting / comp will be scored in the standard RTT style.

Anywhere I might be able to find "typical" RTT comp scoring system?
I want to make up a list and play it at least once before the tourney...

Brian, just play your escalation army. Everything will be explained when you get there.

I meant for army comp.
I need a chart so I know what list to make and therefore what I should be working on painting!

The only thing I dont like about RTT is one word... HESS! Little Hess gave me all zeros on the score sheet because he doesn't like necrons. Sux to be him, cause I went undefeated that tourney, and pimpslapped his dad the next tourney! Scarabs work good against guard!
My dad was hosed be spinner because he didn't like the fact my dad got faith points. People like this are the reason I don't really look forward to RTTs.
Tom, why isnt $pinner in the filter?

There has alwyas been that problem with player graded sports and comp. If they want to hose you they can. Just gotta deal with it or be overly nice to the person. I choose the deal with it part. I will most likely be ding for sports anyways if I win if the player is like that. I factor that into my scores. Over all though remember both sides are here to have fun.

For comp we will be using the comp discussed under fantasy tournaments for the fantasy tournament and the player ranking system for 40k. I am sorry but thtat is all I can do as there is nothing for me to use and I really do not know the game.
Thanks, Boldo
