Guys I may be interested in this but need a partner. I play a very well painted Eldar army if anyone is interested in teaming up let me know.

I think players without partners should show up anyway. There are bound to be others who you can pair with. It would be a shame to lose people just because they didn't have a partner going in.
Boldo, does that sound right?

Please show up even without a partner. Last year we had a few people show up without a partner and I expect the same this year as well.

Did we ever settle how long the rounds were going to be. I'm trying to figure out when this will be over so I can plan accordingly. It is looking like I will be coming, but I do not have a partner as yet. If no one contacts me between now and then, I'll show up anyway in the hopes of finding someone there.
I play Eldar, and marines consistently, and can probably scrounge a reasonable 1500 of guard if my partner is so inclined.

I plan on attending the 40k event on Saturday so if anyone is interested in partnering up please let me know. I normally play the Khorne themed army at the Millennium tourneys but I am thinking I will field my Tau as a change of pace. I can also field a necron list if there are any other cron players out there.

I don't need to be exclusive to Tau, I can easily whip up a 1500pt CSM or Necron army as well.

Just looking for some clarification here, some people seem to be under the impression that we are using the special rules (including force organization) for the adepticon team tournaments at simcon this weekend, but I have yet to see any mention of them in the postings for the tournament.

Yeah, Im one of those people! Are we not using adepticon rules and adepticon missions and adepticon force org? Having to split a force org between two people is how Adepticon does it, since everything is adepticon streamlined I assumed it would be the same. 2 Force orgs for a team of 3000 points? I hope you either expect not to make it past turn 4 or have 3 hour rounds. And to see an army with 12 troops, totalling 300 models is just a fun to play as an army with 6 heavys or fast or elites. I didint see a need to alter the force org (although I originally thought, that you got the 2 HQ, 2 Elite, 2 Heavy, 6 Troop to split and had the 3 extra slots as floaters (( Like we have always done before in this tournement.)) ) Well guess that screws my painting if we EACH get a "modified" force org. Was hoping to feild a fully painted army. Eh, who am I kidding, I only need 1/2 a force org to beat you chumps! LOL ;D

As you may know I am a bit unfamiliar with 40k and I posted a modified force org chart. It is for both players and each one needs at have a valid force org chart. I am assuming that all teams will be composed of 2 force org charts each of up too 2 HQ, 6 troops, 2 Heavy, 2 elite, and 2 fast attack with a minimum of 2 troops each. I moved the tournament to Saturday as I figured we would need extra time and was planning on trying to do rounds as 10, 1, and 4 but as always I expect to run a little late.

Is our paint scored on our individual army or on our "team army"?
