I've made it through despite an idiosyncratic response to the nerve block. Doc says all went well. Unfortunately, I was not able to finish my planned army, so now I have to tweak the list to account for unfinished models.

Glad you made it through the surgery well. My wife just had surgery a couple weeks ago as well.
