Also this means no more 'super smoke' for BT and there are some other interesting rulings in the FAQ. For example...
(BT FAQ) Q. When a unit with the And They Shall Know no Fear special rule regroups, do they get to immediately move up to 3" as well as moving as normal that turn? (p23) A. Yes
So a bonus 3" of movement for ATSKNF
They also eliminated Target Priority tests from the BT codex. Very nice and needed updates.

It makes me kinda sad really. Dark Angels had a sort of charm with thier outdated wargear.

It's gonna be a big readjustment to face off against BT and DA and give them the respect they deserve.
Apothecaries aren't IC's right? So DA can do FnP terminators better than BA now? No furious charge, but can't pick out the FnP giving model.
BT termies get 3++ now and preferred enemy, yeowch!
People are stoked... dakka already has some newly FAQ'd deathwing batreps...

not really, its only one squad instead of all within 6 and the old one wasnt bad for dw anyway with the good armor saves it definitely helps RW though
definitely gunna see a lot of people playing 'deathwing' with their armies painted as ultra/crimson/imperial fists/whatever marines though

That is actually not correct. The "kill them all" rule still applies. It just removed the one statement. Down below in the Q&A it states:
Q. Does the Kill them All! rule mean that I have to test not to fire at the closest enemy? (p23) A. Yes, that rule still works perfectly as written, meaning that Black Templar infantry, jump infantry and bikes must test (with a -1 Ld modifier!) in order not to shoot at the closest target.

Interesting, I read the new addition and thought it implied they were removed...
Page 23 – Kill Them All Ignore “and follow the normal rules for target priority in the Warhammer 40,000 rulebook.” in the last sentence
However, that might not be where you are told to take the tests.
