Yeah Jay, Kemp and Courtney took 3rd place in the team event and got best sportsman! Pretty sure Courtney's grey knights were in the top 10 best painted for the team tourney as well (59/60 paint score)..
Our team (DaBoyz wolfpack) on the other hand finished a little above the middle of the pack.. Weis pretty much screwed us bailing last minute.. His replacement unbeknown to us didnt really know anything about 40k basics.. Oh well, we got a lot of complements on the display board, banner and paint job got a 48/60 in painting.

Smitty - sorry to hear about the last minute change. I didn't realize adepticon was after easter this year, I probably could have helped.
Incidentally, easter is also before adepticon next year so if anyone wants a grumpy baldy that can occasionally win a game and paint some models, lmk.

It all is going to depend on when Adepticon falls next year as I'm going on a family trip to Aruba next February/March. I can tell you now though if I go I'm definitely not painting the army. I'd be willing to make a display board and or work on a banner. |

If Aaron can convince his wife and new child to go to Adepticon, I can probably convince mine. Just an option, I know it is not ideal since I live on the East Side of Syracuse, but I make regular trips to Rochester to see the in laws!

I kinda wanna do the 4 gods of chaos demons. Erich I know youd be down with that, and most is already painted.
We'd have to see how they get shanked in 6th though

just noticed the beef and wing shotout, thanks. I came in 103rd in championships with deathwing. really hurt that I ran into a guy that was pulling nefarious thangs first game. I got 3rd in the necromunda tournament. Bill and I both did middle of road in the Stupor bowl.
Craig did great with skaven in the fantasy championship. He was on table 4 after 2 rounds. Got a feeling of the pressure of a national tourney. know the feeling when I was undefeated at daboyz in 2010 after first day and played on table 2 againgst greg sparks game 1 ,day 2.
