I am entering the final stretch for getting my Crossroads GT army built and painted. To date I have 50+ Mauraders, 10 warhounds, 1 sorcerer, and 5 chaos knights completed. I still need to paint 48 chaos warriors, 1 BSB, 1 chaos lord, another sorcerer and the chaos warshrine. I just finished kit-bashing my warshrine so I figured I would post some pics. Since my army is a pure nurgle theme I wanted to do something pretty mean and nasty looking. I used the corpse cart as the basis for the warshrine and I added two warhounds to pull it along. Instead of using the necromancer that comes with the cart, I got the fat, nasty looking nurgle champion to sit upon a platform and look like a total badass. The magnetized the champion on a platform I made out of clay so that if I ever wanted to use him on foot I could easily swap him out. The pink foam on the base will be painted up to look like blocks that make up a part of an old, run down road. I just need to add sand first before I prime this thing. Enjoy! Kevin

Kevin that is nice. I like that you magnetized the lord so you can switch bases. You showed it on your phone but it is even better now that I can see the detail.
-NOTE-
Hopefully this goes without saying but if you use spray primer on the foam it will eat it up. You need to first seal it with a thin coating of white glue (Elmers) before priming the model.
