Not sure if this was Gladiator Pit worthy or not. For now, it is the winning list, like it or not!
I made some changes to my list.
Here it is.
HQ
Overlord, warscythe, mindshackle, sempiternal, tesseract, res orb, phase shifter.
Royal Court, 3x harbinger of destruction, 1 with pulse.
Destroyer Lord, sempiternal, mindashackle, res orb.
Troops
3 x 12 warriors.
Elite
10 Praetorians, voidblade & particle casters.
Heavy
Doom Scythe.
Annihilation Barge, Guass.
Doomsday Ark.
Et voila. The destroyer lord generally runs with the praetorians, sometimes splitting off late in the game. The harbingers will be sent to a warriors unit each. The overlord will usually go into a leading unit of warriors to handle anything that gets through. With my inability to roll 3+ reserves I will probably not deep strike the destroyer lord/praetorian unit too often. They are too many points to be floating around while the rest of the army is being pressed.
And that's it.

I can only assume this is meant to be titled 'The Real Da Boyz GT Winner List' and you must have made a mistake when posting my list. Let me include some corrections for you:
HQ Fateweaver - I needed 300+ points of actually painted models, so she makes the cut!
Elites 6x Fiends (These seems less cheesy compared to flamers, amirite?) 6x Fiends 6x Flamers
Troops 9x Horrors - Changeling 5x Horrors w/ Bolt 5x Horrors w/ Bolt 8x Plaguebeaers
Fast Attack 9x Screamers
Heavy Support Soul Grinder w/ Phlegm Soul Grinder w/ Phlegm

The major flaw in your plan is that only one of your units has the Interceptor rule which means that a skilled Cron player will come down and target all the units you have that have any potential to hurt his flyers first. Hydras are weak because they do not have Interceptor, plus if you are sacrificing one of your heavy spots for a one trick pony like a Hydra you are playing into your opponents hand. A good Cron player will target that vehicle first and remove it so that you are forced to rely on snap shots to hit these flyers ( not a strong plan!). Currently there are not many solutions to flyers in the game and that is what the "flava-o-da-month" idiots are using to their advantage Remember GW has never claimed that this is a balanced game, they are just in the business to sell models.

Overlord with Warscythe - 100 6 squads of 8 warriors with night scythes - 1224 3x doom scythes - 525 Total points - 1849 The thing is this army can be easy to beat with the proper tools. You must deploy units to not auto-lose the game at the end of turn 1. This list can only deploy warriors and an overlord. Any army with respectable shooting, barrages, or deep striking flamers/turbo boosting screamers can actually have a chance of tabling this army on turn 1-2. Remember also that 5/6 missions are objective based. Flyers cannot score and units must disembark to score. Reserve a few of your own troops and focus on what they must deploy and you have a really good chance at beating this list. Of course, this is a poor version of the cron-air. The smarter players will build in more resilient units to deploy and resist the first turn tabling. *Edit* Forgot to talk smack! The actual GT Best Overall army will be this one: Lady Malys Baron Sathonyx Maugan Ra Grotesques x8 + liquifier, aberration w/ venom blade Kabalite Warriors x10 + shredder, splinter cannon, sybarite w/ venom blade Kabalite Warriors x5 + blaster Wyches x5 + haywires, hekatrix w/ agonizer + venom w/ extra splinter cannon Rangers x5 Beastmasters x5 + khymerae x12, razorwing flocks x2, clawed fiend War Walkers x3 + scatter lasers x6 Razorwing Jetfighter Aegis Defense Line + icarus lascannon This is what it looks like if you aren't lucky enough to get tabled by it.

In the 11th co scene down here cron air variants have turned to incorporating wraiths, you wont kill 18 of the bastards very quickly..but believe or not, come across an ork player with enough dakka and the paper flyers will die, ive seen it happen enough we have some brutal ork players down here, or if chaos is allowed than a well played Huron army with a little luck will make the small units dissappear first turn

Edit: [[now that I think about it I forgot to mention in my last post my Ace against fliers, my vendetta... although its only one and I've yet to use it in 6th ed. I hear they are quite the "sharks in the water" if you will as far as aerial combat is concerned , but I guess we shall see ;D]] thanks for the input Doug! After I thought about it I never built a hydra due the fact it snapfires against non fliers, and to clarify I wasnt meaning to praise what defense against air-spam is in my list, just listing what I have that has a chance to hurt an AV12 flier, Im sure I would get F'd up against the doom scythes since isn't their main weapon(death ray?) a template? if so it negates my entire defense strategy... which is camo nets/cloaks + aegis line BUT as Aaron pointed out if I'm lucky there will be no nightfight and my scatter dice wont be horrid, my colossus'/medusa combined with all my long range firepower that has LoS can wipe out what he starts on the field... either way, "all shall be settled"
