Alright guys, I know a number of you have picked up the BT and DA upgrade sprues, and may even have used the shoulder pads off of them. What this suggests to me is that there might be some spare shoulder pads kicking around looking for a home. I recently acquired a number of new Termie arms (thank you dacius) which I intend to use for my DW. But, I don't have many of the new termie shoulders, only a few from upgrade sprues I got myself. So, anyone have some shoulders they would be willing to part with?

So, out of all the people who are playing Dark angels or Black templars, none of you have spare shoulder pads kicking around?

Are the Termie shoulder pads you are looking for have any special symbols on them, or just the standard plastic ones?
If it's just the regular shoulder pads for a Terminator, I have 5 pairs that I'm not going to use. I got the Forgeworld Space Wolf Terminator conversion kit (they look great), so I won't be using the 5 pairs of shoulder pads that I do have.

I gave most of mine to Ron for his DW a few months ago. I'm also using the Dark angel pair I have for a statue I'm painting. If you want the ones I have with templar crosses on it, let me know.

Standard is fine, so Fenrisulfr, yours would probably be best. I have some DA and Templar ones I was planning on using, and probably still will. What do you want for the five sets?

I will bring them on the 20th for our game. I really don't need anything for my wolves. But I am in need of LOTS of advice and information about the Imperial Guard for my next army.

Argg...oh well. Last minute painting it is. I'll just paint up the squad with as much as I can and add the shoulders when you bring them. Thanks. I'm more than willing to help you with guard. Besides, I've been having trouble with my overall tactics with my guard, and they do say the best way to make sure you learn something is to teach it. Just be aware that a lot will depend on HOW you choose to play them.

Oh yikes, let me see what I can do to get them to you sooner.
I will check with my normal courier (Tall Brian) and see when he is going to be at Boldo's next. If nothing else I can drop them off at the store with a note to hold them for you.

Not a big deal. Chances are I'll be painting to the end anyway unless I get some marathon painting done soon. (Fat chance of that). All this will do is effect the order in which paint things.

Dropping off is cool. Painting isn't. Nto because I doubt your skills, but because I enjoy painting as much if not more than playing.
Thanks brian.

You may not doubt his skills, but Tammy does. She only lets him base coat, or so I'm told. I'm sure you're a fine painter John, I just couldn't resist busting on you a little.
