In 40k if something is off, it can easily be explained in-universe as being because the Warp did it.

Plane = ~$300 as of today Train = ~$110 Driving = ~$120\car @ 25mpg
Just wondering what people were thinking. I have a tight budget, but might be able to squeeze it out.

I think the train would be the way to go. It is longer, but would be more relaxing. I think that the trip runs overnight - so sleeping can take up most of the trip. Just my thoughts. Granted, we would need to take a cab from the station so we need to find out how far the event is from the train station (or airport for that matter).
Of course, I won't know if I can go until after the baby is born so I'll go along with whatever everyone else thinks.

I am in. I want to either drive (possibly rent a van and split it between all of us?) or take the train. Whatever everyone decided, I do want to go.

Here's the train info:
Price $54 one way. leaves Thursday 3/23 at 10:45 PM arrives Friday 3/24 at 9:30 AM (registration for the event starts at 11:00 - first event at 12:00)
Return trip
Price $54 one way. leaves Sunday 3/26 at 7:55 pm arrives Monday 3/27 at 8:08 am
There is also the option to upgrade to a bed room for an extra $124 (in case anyone would want to look into this).
As far as the registration goes, its probably better to register in advance. Of course, only those who are definitely going should do this. As far as hotel rooms, I noticed on the Adepticon Website that there is a link for hotel accomodations.

Hobin 1 here from Boston...finally found the new website ( thanks Pacheco).
I think Jeff and I will be going out to Adepticon. Flying in Thurs night, flying out Sunday night.
Do you think we should start putting together a head count for hotel room purposes? Looks like $80 / night for the Marriott.
