Being married rocks. You simultaneously acquire laundry service, shopping (for Christmas) service, a dish washer and an in house chef!

So where did I go wrong? I do the laundry, cook, get the kids to school, etc... Aaron, congrats man and have a safe and wonderful time. - Kevin

I never had an issue with laundry; however, my wife likes it done a certain way (yes, I sorted colors and use the right detergents and temperature water) so refuses to let me touch it.
Always loved cooking so I do the majority of that; however, I defer most baking to my executive pastry chef (the wife)!

See, I went the kept man route. I do the housework, and take care of the kids, she has the career. I've had no complaints.

My wife likes things done in a particular way for laundry and cleaning, which means it is generally easier for her to do it than supervise me.
On the other hand, I take care of the outside things and I fix cars (I spent 10 hours outside one day in the snow fixing her car once this winter, I would have traded that for vacuuming) so it all works out to be pretty even in the end.
