I had been refered by an extremely helpful clerk at Melinium Games, as to who painted the armys in their display case. I'd like to commission the person who did, hopefully they see this thread.

The Ultramarines wer painted by James Arnold. Unfortunately he no longer paints choosing instead to focus on his graphics career.
The Space Wolves were painted by Doug Lillie. I have it from a good source he too no longer accepts commissions since it is not cost effective and interferes with his own army's painting progress.
There is also some stuff in their painted by Chris Courtney as well as Joe Johnson.
While there are several painting services available over the net, I would urge you to paint your own minis. We have been talking about having a hobby day on the last saturday of the month. I would be happy to sit down with you and help you with the basics, and I believe Joe and some other painters will be there as well.
If you want to know more PM me.
Welcome to the hobby!

Go to Pair-a-dice games in village gate they have some references to individuals who paint, but as doug said, it'd be more beneficial to paint your own minis, buy one of the starter paint sets with minis in there to practice on, than go at it with your own. there is nothing more rewarding in the hobby than to finish painting your armies, you will also notice yourself improving from model to model as you practice and get better at the basics, and will more than likely develop your own techniques

Like SoB and pogy say, painting your own army is at least half the fun of this hobby... the fact that you can play a game with it when your done with the models is just gravy! Depending on what army your playing, there are a LOT of fast and easy ways to get decent looking paintjobs done, and they will invariably be cheaper than paying someone to do it

You know what, I think I will paint them myself. Thanks guys. But, I could use some advice on how to make some of these for myself. Attachments:
