The company has to have finally lost their minds, $62 for 10 marines...$83 codices $110 land raiders...im sorry i can no longer rationalize buying units for my armies..3 fantasy armies 3 40k armies and they will cease to change...GW has officially lost it..if they want to raise sales they need to drop prices, and realize its the rules, and content that actually matter..people want internal balance and older styled Chaos Space Marines...not this bland garbage theyre releasing...chaos was a bust on the 40k side because challenge rulles and lack of special rules for legion specific themes (cmon even vanilla space marines have more diverse rules with the various special characters)...step up your game with the rules, write them better, more balanced and dont let the game skewer towards certain army releases but balance out the books for a change and just update the core rules...write them so they make sense and stop trying to emulate rules sets from fantasy with 40k without testing them thouroughly...a chaos lord in fantasy skewering dudes in a challenge is much more beneficial than in 40k because at least the unit that lost the challenge will break and get run down...or just keep jacking prices up and watch sales diminish even further

Not really news or a rumor.
I see CSM for 37.75, a CSM Land Raider for 75 and an army book (hardcover) for 50. Is this a different currency we are talking about here or a rumored price increase. If it is the latter, some of those prices you described are over 30% increases, which seems uncharacteristic.
I actually like the CSM rules and I generally like the challenge mechanic.

Well played IPhone, I would agree that those prices would be a bit excessive to say the least. Definitely would call for a swap to E-Bay for the majority of purchases.
