thanks doc I regret that I didn't think of shading them before they were already finished, but hey, you learn as you go. I recently purchased another squad of kasrkin, and im debating the best method for painting them... im thinking that the order I should paint them is put the khaki basecoat on first, then shade the armor plates with black ink, then apply the green coat for the armor plates, then highlight the armor, then put the white/vermin brown jagged edges on the armor, then do the details in silver/red/ect.

here's the whole squad done in that manner... took me about a week to do them all highlighting is still a problem.. i'm not happy with any of their visors, so i'm going to repaint and re highlight them all.

Not bad, and yes squads will take a week or more to paint so dont be upset about it. Hit up your black parts like the boots with a gery but dry brush it on. Parts with silver use some black ink to tone it down and fill in the spaces for a depth afect. The tan pants use sont chest nut ink and a thin, very thin brush to apply to the creases and this will also give depth to them!
