I'm putting together an old school Predator Annihilator that I got at Boldo's a few weeks ago. The Turret assembly is metal and has twin linked lascannons. There is a top half and a bottom half with the lascannons in between. It looks like I should be able to assemble it so that the lascannons can raise or lower on an axis. However, because they are metal, they are quite heavy and when I'm holding the assembly together, the lascannons are pretty sloppy and won't stay up. Any suggestions?

Yah, glue them. Then you can break them apart and re-glue them when you want to change angles...
Other then that, you can try to shim the joint with some thin cardstock so the friction helps keep the turrent up.
