Call me jaded, but does anybody really believe any of the campaign out comes that come from such things as the storm of chaos or the eye of terror? I personally don't believe that Games workshop would put what there company can do with "future fluff" left to the winds of chance. Just my two cents.

Of course we believe because... (pick one)
...we are mindless sheep and if GW says its so, it must be.
...GW has never shown anything but chaos in it business and marketing strategies, so why should there campaigns be any different?
...we are not smart enough nor creative enough to envision a campaign on our own.
...super glue and spray paint vapors have rotted my brain.
...Brian's power to enfeeble and mindnumb anyone in his proximity has taken its affect on me.
(add your own...)

I think the key word is influence. I think GW has a goal in mind, and sets things up to achieve that goal, but the campaigns influence the details. In other words, I think they know the general outcome of any campaign ahead of time, and have it all planned out. But they let the campaigns decide certain details so they can give us a feeling of control. I may be way off base, but it's a thought.
