Im starting an Orcs and Goblins army. Im going night goblin heavy, but i have some orcs. What is the best weapon setup on boyz?

First off orcs don't speak like cavemen, they have an english cogney accent ;D. Secondly, IMO choppas are the best and two aren't bad either if you have the points available. Forget spears, give those to Gobbos.

E's pretty much spot on. Choppas + shield or 2 choppas is the way to go. Spears are a very iff-ey choice though might work for a unit of big'uns, but that unit cost a serious, serious amount of points.

I was between the 2 choppas or choppa and shield, but whats better?

Neither really, they both have merits.
2 choppas = 2 strength 4 attacks in the first round. Orcs' low initiative mean in later rounds you will likely be swinging last in later rounds, so more attacks back as you suffer casualties first. Cost you point more for this option.
choppa + shield = 1 strength 4 attack, but a 4+ armor save in close combat. (and a 5+ from shooting).
