I'm new at this so somethings may not be right.
Dwarf lord- Great weapon shield bearers rune of fury Master rune of Kragg the Grim rune of stone Master rune of spite rune of preservation
Rune smith- shield master rune of balance rune of stone
Master engineer- handgun
Dragon slayer- master rune of swiftness rune of fury x2
20 warriors with full command+shields
20 warriors with full command+shields
10 thunderers
10 thunderers
Flame cannon
Organ gun
Cannon- Engineer rune of reloading
Cannon- rune of reloading rune of forging
18 hammerers with shields, full command, and rune of determination
19 slayers with full command to go with dragon slayer
Advice is well appreciated ;D

Wow that is a lot of runes. You might have gone a bit overboard on them.
I would drop either the rune of fury and kragg the grim or the rune of preservation and spite on the lord, and I would drop one rune of reloasing,
Now I think slayers suck and 20 is just a lot of dead guys around a hero, I would go with fewer perhaps and fewer hammerers and I really love the BSB so I would take him over either the engineer or the runesmith.
Of course this leaves a lot of extra points and these go into more warriors.

Well, the lord is "mounted" so his GW is of reduced use. I'd ditch the MR of Kragg the Grim for a rune of cleaving. You'll spend less, get the same +1 S effect, AND not strike last. I'd also swap the MR of spite for the rune of resistance. Not quite as good defensively but this guy will likely never see combat anyway.
Rune smith- shield master rune of balance rune of stone
Ditch balance for a rune of spell breaking and a great weapon.
Master engineer- handgun
Dragon slayer- master rune of swiftness rune of fury x2
OK, these guys stink. Get a BSB and a thane of pain. I'd recommend the following:
Thane - BSB, GA, Stone, cleaving (or go for stromni redbeard ... I like this options best but he becomes quite expensive then).
Thane - MR Gromril, GW
20 warriors with full command+shields
20 warriors with full command+shields
10 thunderers
10 thunderers
Flame cannon
Organ gun
Cannon- Engineer rune of reloading
Cannon- rune of reloading rune of forging
This is a lot of shooting ... to much IMHO. First, taking the runes of forging and reloading is pretty redundant on the same warmachine. I'd recommend one cannon with the rune of burning and that you replace the redundant 2 rune cannon with 2 bolt throwers with engineers. I'd also recommend replacing the thunderers with crossbows or one thunder and one crossbow. Also, give them shields. Last, I think you would be better off with just one unit of thunderers or x-bows but that is just me.
I'd replace the flame cannon and/or organ gun with a gyrocopter ... or two. The gyrocopter has so many great uses for dwarves with their primary being the ability to roll 3 dice for pursuit and actually have a good chance of running things down. Have the gyros join combats you think you will win and watch then run the enemy down for your slow-ass dwarfs.
18 hammerers with shields, full command, and rune of determination
19 slayers with full command to go with dragon slayer
If you look at your current list and where characters will be placed you litterally have one unit that can hit hard ... the hammerers. The rest is more or less filler. You need some more teeth. Consider replacing the slayers with another unit of hammerers or give some of the warriors GWs or something.
