Say the crew of a warmachine leaves the machine for whatever reason. Later, while uncrewed, an enemy unit charges said machine. Can the enemy unit automatically spike the machine and overrun?
Lets say the same scenario as above but as a clarifier the crew failed a terror check and fled. Later the machine is charged (while uncrewed). Can it be spiked?

Been a while since i read the rules about spiking. As I recall, if a crew flees you may charge the machine instead and spend the turn spiking it. No overrun since you spend the turn sitting on it disabling it. <shrug>?

John, I think you need to bone-up on your rules a bit. You can overrun after spiking a warmachine. I'm asking if you can spike an uncrewed machine.

I do not believe this is covered anywhere as the spiking of a warmachine is only done if you win combat with the crew or they flee. There is nothing about spiking a mahcine if the crew flee in terror.
Interesting. It seems reasonable to be able to spike anywarmachine which is uncrewed and reached by a unit but this is not RAW.
