Alright, I was looking through the lizardmen book and realized that no one in their right mind would use the special character, Lord Kroak in any lizardmen list (although the fluff of the character is pretty d**n cool). So of course, I decided to make an army list devoted to this overcosted monstrosity of a giant frog. Tell me what you think...

The strategy is thus:
Dominate the magic phase with your apocolyptic spells (pit of shades, comet of cas, and of course, ruination of cities) which shouldn't be too hard to do considering you have 10 spells total and the 11 casting dice (including the extra dice per spell from Kroak). While this is going on, your skinks and salamanders are harrassing and march blocking, slowing their advance and maybe even killing a few. By the time they reach your toads they should be considerably less in number where they will be hard pressed to deal with your big units of elite and stubborn lizardmen.
At least, that's the idea...
I realize this is extremely cheezy and probably not very fun to play against, but I would say it's the only way to really play Lord Kroak effectively (not to say it wouldn't be totally crushed...). Any ideas on how to better utilize this big (really) old toad?
