Well off the top of my head. Konrad? really? isn't he just bad and not a spell caster? The necromancer seems like a bit of a waste when he could be just another corpse cart which is better. I also think perhaps the core units are too spread out as you can not raise most of the units above the starting total.

i agree, conrad could be replaced by a necro on corpse cart. and id keep the other necro.
as for the rest of the army, id drop the twenty gouls, get more skeletons, loose a unit of dogs and add 2 more fell bats and get some wraiths
IMHO

Vampire Lord - lvl 3, Infinite Hatred, Walking Death, Master of the Black Arts, Flayed Hauberk, Crown of the Dammed, Blood Drinker = 455pts
This guy is a bit of a mystery to me. He fighting abilities and casting abilities but truely excels at neither. It just seems his true purpose is not to die quickly. I think you should go either fighty or casty ... not both. Your current setup seems to lean toward fighty so I will make my suggestions based upon that.
I would swap Master of the Dark Arts for Red Fury to start. Next, I'd drop Walking Death for Lord of the Dead so you can boost those skellies up. Finally, I'd swap the Blood Drinker for the Sword of Might/Kings and the Black Periapt.
Vampire - lvl 1, Book of Arkhan, Dark Acolyte, Avatar of Death, Sword of Might = 200pts
Give the Sword of Might to your general. You really don't need Dark Acolyte so I would recommend dropping it and avatar of death for Lord of the Dead and Dread Knight. That'll save you 25 pts and make your initial dice useful for something other than raising zombies.
Konrad = 145pts
Never used him. He seems good if quite fragile.
Necromancer - lvl 1, extra spell, 2 Power Stones, Corpse Cart
Good I guess, where does this guy go? I'd give the corpse cart an unholy loadstone to help bolster your raising abilities.
24 Skeletons - FC, Warbanner = 242pts 24 Skeletons - FC, Banner of Endless Nightmare = 242pts 20 Ghouls = 160pts
If you took my suggestion above and gave both vamp casters Lord of the Dead then you don't need to start the skelly units large. I'd drop both down to 20 and use the points saved to convert the ghouls into skellies with full command and Banner of the Dead Legion (double US one or extra rank one ... whichever you don't have). You may even want to give a unit or two spears as well.
5 Dire Wolves = 40pts 5 Dire Wolves = 40pts
Always good.
19 Grave Guard - GW, FC, Banner of Barrows = 322pts
Excellent unit although they are even better if you have the Crown of Commandment in the army ... still quite good without.
4 Fell Bats = 80pts
Good.
1 Vargulf = 175pts
While this guy is very useful I don't see how he fits with your overall "plodding horde" strategy. A Black Coach may be a little more synergistic with your list.

Thank you, this list was really a collection of my favourite models and the ones I had on hand.
For Konrad I honestly wanted to see how he would do. In my first game with him he performed quite well and I want to gauge his abilites before I replace him with another necro.
This list is not really a plodding horde. I mostly just try to cast Vanhels to put regiments were I need them. Just thought I would clarify.
I only really started Fantasy about two months ago. So forgive my inexperiance.
