In true Hobin fashion, they won again and now have their silly little names on a plaque inside the ard boyz club house.
Congrats

anybody else seeing a pattern here...
Jay & Hobin win Dorka Morka Team Tourney Jay, Kemp, Hobin2 & Hobin win Adepticon Team Tourney Hobin2 & Hobin win Ardvard Ard Boyz Team Tourney
Jay, Jeff and I are champs and Kemp is just hanging on our coat tails...
Nuff said...Good time had by all yesterday and altough my wife's overproducing ovaries will not allow me to attend Adepticon 2009, my vote would be for mechanized guard / space marine combo. Have fun guys.

I was skeptical of Mech Guard in the new edition. Man, they definitely can be a force to reckon with.
One game in three rounds of fire we were able to kill 4 carnifex's and knock 1 down to a wound or two!
We had an inquisitor with a big retinue as well that was able plug the gaps when something nasty rolled forward. I think this was a necessity in the army.
