I wanted to share with you a battle report of my favorite game of the day. My final game at Simcon. I played one of the best battles I have ever played, and I loved it. The army I played was well painted, the player I played against was quite a challenge, his army was not cheesey, and he was very fun to play against. His list was as follows:
Exalted-170pts
MoK
Biting Blade
Enchanted Shield
Favour of the Gods
Bloodcurdling Roar
Exalted-195pts
MoK
BSB
Armour of Zhrakk
Shield
Collar of Khorne
15 Warriors-325pts
Full Command
MoK
Shields
Warbanner
15 Warriors-300pts
Full Command
MoK
Shields
15 warriors-300pts
Full Command
MoK
Shields
5 warhounds-30pts
Chariot-150pts
MoK
5 Knights of Chaos-280pts
Full Command
MoK
3 Ogres
-1900pts
Comp at 7
-2 (2 core not at 2x min size)
-1 Magic Banner
My list was:
Wood elf noble with Hail of doom arrows- 105
Lvl 2 Spellsinger with blight of terror- 175
both with 18 Eternal guard with a full command-246
Lvl 2 Spellsinger with a powerstone -150 (I don't know who she'll be with, or even if she will be with anyone.)
20 Glade guard with musician and banner of spring-252
5 glade riders with musician- 129
5 glade riders with musician- 129
8 dryads-96 points
8 wardancers with musician and bladesinger-165
3 warhawk riders with wind rider-140
Treeman-285
1897
So the comp score on this is:
+1, Wood elves
-1, 1 hero above 2
-2, 2 terror causing models
-1, 1 monstrous creature with unit strength higher than 5
-1, 1 mandatory cores below double of the minimum
-1, 1 magic banner
-1, one flying unit above unit strength 5
-2, for the 2 units without banners that could have them, after the first.
For my spells I rolled a 1 and a 2 for my lady and a 1 and a 6 for my guy with the eternals. I also got first turn. The board was set up diagonally.
The starting set up looked like this:

Here are some examples of his beautifully done minis:
So, I got first turn and moved my wardancers to the edge of the woods to goad his chariot in, flanking on my left with a unit of glade riders and on my right with another unit as well as my warhawks.
Of course he had to charge the wardancers.... though with a 4+ wardsave I expected one or two to live...
He moved his blocks of infantry up the middle with his knights and ogres attempting to flank my right side.
The next turn.... the dryads did not like the chariot being in the woods. My shooting and magic did far more damage than expected as well.
After that he moved forward, then I charged his flank with my dryads and his front with my eternals, shooting him down all the while. Maybe due to my stretching out 20 glade guard into one rank...
A unit of warriors charged and killed my glade guard, taking their banner, as I whittled down his unit, and my "spellsinger" moved into the woods.
I then charged the second unit from behind with 5 glade riders, from the side with 3 warhawks, and from the front with a treeman and the dryads, after having killed his general and a warrior unit. This was where I completely forgot the objective, have the most models in each quarter. I could have done it here by running away from everything, but it was the 5th turn.

So....
The dryads ran, dropping the banner they had taken, the birds ran, and 2 riders ran.
After that he charged and killed the treeman, and that was the end of the game. He finished the game holding 3 table quarters, if only I had remembered the objectives.
