DaBoyz GT Help
I am getting a lot of help, but I am looking for more.
This is where I need help.
Friday night Oct. 2 starting around 5:00 PM to set up the all tables at university of Rochester.
I need people to play test the Missions and give me some feed back. Send me a PM if interested.
I am looking to get some more sponsors: It could be anything. Hell it could be sponsor giving us e a bottle of knob creek. I am also looking for any other ideas then what is posted on the web page. I also need someone to draft together a typically sponsorship letter. We should also have someone do a DaBoyz letterhead.
I also need some printing services. Can anyone one help out with that.
I am also looking for people to promote the GT. One idea is cross roads in Elmira. Can we hand out some flyers there? Is anyone going? If not, does anyone have a contact were we could send some flyers. Another idea is to travel to Syracuse on a game night to promote the event. Is anyone willing to do that?

I took Friday off before the GT. I'll be around all day to help move stuff around if you need it and can help set up tables on Friday for sure.
I emailed you about printing. I can probably help out.
How about cross-promotion on other gaming sites? Like 'Adepticon Info" always posts on our board? Is anyone doing that for the other boards?
I also found a couple cardboard tubes for rolling up gaming mats. Could someone have Chris get in touch with me so that I can get them to him?

Jay I can donate an army photography session for a prize. Would consist of photographs taken with quality DSLR gear (including macro shots). Package would include shots of overall army, shots of individual units in army, shots of specific characters or individual models of prize winners choice. Delivery of end results would be images on CD. Let me know if you're interested.

jay, there are two clubs out in new york city, warmongers, and another one i cant remember. they came to assault phase a while back. theyre great people to play with. you should try to contact some of them and get word out to them.

i cant remember exactly, i know monkey was in the name though. remember the guy who bought the cds outside the bar with the radio and gave em to me to hold on to for the night? he was part of the club, i just cant remember the name at all
