Simcon is coming up March 26-28 I am planning on running another Rochester Game Wrokshop Championship with a fantasy tournament on Saturday and a 40k tournament on Sunday. Last year we did a team tournament on Sunday for the 40k players what would people like me to run this year?

Unfortunately March 26-28th is the same weekend as Adepticon...

Yes it is the same weekend that is why I would like to do somethng fun. There should still be a lot of players here in Rochester and i would like to see what we can do to get them to a tournament.

A doubles tournament would be cool. Each team could have 2000 pts. (1000 each) and each person would be required to have at least two troop squads or something like that. Having a lower points total per person would encourage people to bring out their smaller, zanier armies.

1000 a bit light, to many guard, orks & tau players.

How do you guys feel about 1250 a player? At 2500 pts a side, these games would take at least 2.5 hours each. Anything more sounds fun, but probably unfeasible. Any opinions?

I like 1250 a person. This would be good for the people that can't track out to adepticon such as myself.
