Assuming you're taking 'Nids again, there's some good and some bad.
Mission #1 Fog of War/Night fight typically favors 'nids if you can pop the units with searchlights. To score max points, you need all 3 objective, scoring unit in you enemy deployment zone, your most expensive unit alive, and to NOT table your opponent. Also potentially good for 'nids if you use terv/gant spam to tarpit some enemy units. 3 carnifex's with spore cloud and catalyst can be tough to kill without ID weapons.
Mission #2 Potentially the most difficult mission IMO. Objectives are DS'd during the game. You cannot score max points if you table your opponent. You need to hold all objectives for max points. Again, terv/gant spam will be your friend. Something that came up in my first round 'ardboyz game was stretched units can capture more than one objective, but not more than one table quarter. Maybe taking units of 30 gants instead of the minimum 10 will help multi-cap these objectives. 1" base with 2" in a unit of 30 gives you 60"+ to stretch.
Mission #3 Modified DoW/Annihilation. No night fight, units not deployed in the 1HQ/2TR alottment can enter via your long edge or one short edge. Potential to come on closer to enemies (if they're not so bright). Potential for shooty armies to go 2nd and turtle even harder than usual on a short edge far away from you. Objectives mean almost nothing. Outflanking units will probably be game winners in this scenario. Genestealers with Swarmlord (allows reroll of table edge for outflankers) will profit IMO.
Then again, an opponent who knows you're built to outflank will probably use their long edge and move on in the center in typical DoW fashion so probably not worth building around SL for the 3rd mission.

Re read missions 1 and 2. You can score full points when tabling your opponents. You just can't score for ONLY tabling your opponent. If you have meet the criteria for full score, and table your opponent, you get full points.

Right. If you table them before the time limit, you must attempt to move onto objectives before the turn limit. Set game lengths will make this easy to plan for and give considerable advantage to going second if you aren't facing an alpha strike list.
Something I've wanted to try and maybe you can Jay, is a unit of 3 Dakka-fex's with adrenals and frag spines so they assault at init4. Add two Tyranid Primes (IC's) to the unit with lash whips so whatever they are assaulting in b2b fights at init1. Primes get regen for 10 pts, give it to the fex's also maybe. Pop them with catalyst and onslaught and they can move, run, and shoot. You have 3 wound allocation pools vs. shooting and with proper placement in cc, the ability to ID just about anything that doesn't have EW. It comes in about 900 pts. but still leaves room for 3 tervigons, HG, Zoans, Venoms and a couple more heavies.
Oh yeah, 36 twin linked str6 shots and 15 str10 MC attacks on the assault ain't bad either heh.
