Strangely enough, the rules for taking Inquisitorial allies in Marine and Guard armies are missing. Does this mean no more Inquisitor + Mystics in every guard army?

well, thats the final nail in the coffin for my hopes of them ever updating inquisition. They wouldn't have bothered to upload the old rules sets if they were releasing new rules.

Don't make any life-altering decisions just yet. I believe the .pdf is missing several pages including FO information and GKT info.

I wouldn't put it past GW to print a book that's unplayable by strict RAW, but at least we still have time before that .pdf becomes a codex on the shelf.

I sincerely hope the issue about allies is clarified very quickly, as I have a highly kit-bashed army designed for October's GT that is about to go in the trash if they are disallowed.

Just not a good day to be part of the Inquisition, I guess...

I'd take the PDF uploaded to be a quick reference sheet for daemonhunters and witch hunters, more than a full codex. its obviously not a new publication, and obviously just cut and pasted sections of the old codex.

Until GW comes out and says allies are not allowed, I'd say they are.

Don't fret horst. The new codes's are coming sometime late 1st quarter or early 2nd next year. The reason the codex's went to PDF is with new codex's soon and minimum print requirements it did not make sense to print more of the DH books. GK will be the first dex but I have not gotten any warm fuzzies on the sisters yet.

Hey, just to let you folks know, GW as very quietly replaced the WH pdf with a new one. It has been re-edited to remove the inducted IG and Space Marine section that was on the Inquistor Lord's page entry (and who knows what else they have secretely changed).

I apologize, but I'm going to vent a little here - I feel totally shafted by GW at this moment because they have not only screwed over my army build for the GT once, but now twice in one week. I have absolutely no idea what to do at this point. I am very angry and upset that nearly a year's worth of work is now completely useless.

Okay, rant over. I just needed to get that out.

It's a shame that a kneejerk reaction has screwed over a lot of WH/DH players. Mystics ruined it for everybody

Hopefully, putting out these PDFs will end up similar to the treatment BA and WoC got, PDFs before their actual books dropped as a stop-gap measure.

DH got it the worst, but WH can still make some pretty potent armies.
