Does anyone know who brought the Purple/Grey Eldar army to the Da Boyz GT in the past two years? I loved the way they painted the transition between colors and I'd love to see some close up pics if possible. I looked in the GT website but I could not find a close up pic.

Grubbs let me know if you find pics and I would be happy to try and help you figure out the colors. I do not recall the army though.

It looks like the lighter purple model looks are airbrushed. It also looks like he used a lichen purple as his airbrushed highlight. When I get back in town we can try to meet up and I will see if we can hit the right color combos.

I'll be using blues, grey and white for my color scheme with some orange thrown in for contrast (maybe on the gems or hand painted symbols) so I don't want to copy his color scheme, I just liked the way he did the blending/transitions.
I don't think I want my aspect warriors to be the traditional colors, I want them to have the same scheme as the rest of the army but maybe paint a shoulder pad or face plate with their aspect colors?
I'd definitely like to set aside some time and go over that with you. I'm going to try and do a test color scheme this week on a guardian model and post it up here. I just need to finish up the batch of Mandrakes for my son.
