Here is a quick score card system I did just as an idea. here players judge their opponents on army lists, sportsmanship and painting. The judges also score each opponent on army lists and painting. Since players will get to judge sportsmanship and since there will be a total of 6 opponents per play and only 4 judges, this will allow the judge scoring to make up a good portion of the player's score, but their opponents scores will carry more weight.
Add the total points from all player cards for a player and all judge card for that player together. Add battle points and that's their grand total.
Max score for player scores is 4 x 10 x 6 opponents = 240 points. (+ battle points)
Max Score for Judge Scores is 4 x 10 x 4 judges = 160 points
Add the Judge Scores and Player scores together, plus the players total Battle scores = GT Champ Grand Score
Player Scores (240) + Judge Scores (160) + Battle Points = Grand Total
This score would be used to award for the over all GT Winners.

Add the total painted scores to each player from the players that scored them and the judges and that's their Total painting score for best painted.
10 x 6 players = 60. 10 x 4 Judges = 40. so 100 points max for painted only awards.
****************************
Add the Total Sportsmanship scores for a player and that's the best Sportsmanship award.
10 x 6 players = 60. 10 x 4 Judges = 40. so 100 points max for Sportsmanship only awards.

GT Score Card
Player Scoring - Score by each opponent after their game. So each player should get 5-6 score cards. Add the total of those 6 score cards together.
List Strength: Score 1 - 10
1 - This list was underpowered, lacking some of the better choices.
5 - This list was balanced in power, had some strong units, but was balanced with less effective units.
10 - This list was a hammer of Doom, using the best units for every choice. 'Ard Boyz Grand Prize Winner
List Variety: Score 1 - 10
1 - This Army used only a couple different units and copied them over and over again. Weak Codex Showing.
5 - This list had a good mix of the codex with only a couple repetitive units. Solid Codex Showing
10 - This list had no repeating units and was filled with different units in each Force Org. The entire Codex was on Parade!
Player Sportsmanship: Score 1 -10
1 - This game was horrible. There were issues with cheating or rudeness. I would not play this opponent again.
5 - This game went smoothly. My Opponent was fair and pleasant to play against. Any rules issues were resolved quickly.
10 - The best game I ever played! My opponent and I had no issues and the game went on with out a hitch. I wish I could play this opponent every day!
Army Appearance: Score 1 - 10
1 - The army was based in the 3 minimum colors needed for be allowed in the GT and the painting was sloppy. I think Cat littler was glued on for basing.
5 - The army was painted to a table top standard. 5-6 Colors were used and the details were crisp. Some models were converted and the bases were well done with Flock and rocks.
10 - This army is a Display Case army! All models have numerous colors, shading, NMM details. Many of the models are converted and the bases are all custom designed with Flock and static grass or water effects.
Judge Scoring - Each player will have their army scored by a judge. So 4 score cards per player from the judges. Total all the judge scores together.
