Is this going to bump the Kill Team Lock in?

No the Lock-in will start right after this event. I may start the 'Ard Boyz Semi finals earlier then usual to make sure they don't run into each other. We will only have two people from our event that qualify for this event so attendance for the lock-in should be good. We may even see more due to some of the visitors wanting to stay. I realize 24 hours worth of 40k is a bit much but who knows.

Trevor won with Space Wolves. One of the out-of-towners ( I believe there were ~28 playing in the semi's) took second (with Fatcrusher daemons?). Shaun took 3rd with Orks.

Chris Johnson was Guard. I played him to a draw in the 1st round, and he was a really cool guy. Out of the Ard Boyz games I've had, it was probably the closest and most fun.

That's a close pack with 3 points between first and third.

Yeah, the top scores were very close and the last games were extremely savage. My game against jay for top score came down to luck on the mission roll and in game lucky dice (a lone wolf who scores a kill point per turn and a rune priest who hooded an entire Grey knights army). Jay placing doesn't do his performance justice, if the mission role had been either terrain or table quarters I don't think I could have placed.
Overall great tourney run by travis and smitty (where did 26 people come from) and the fact that the top 2 tables were made up entirely of Daboyz members says something

Greetings everyone,
I have some information for everyone here, because the current rankings list is partially incorrect.
1) Cassidy Danboise: Renegade Blood Angels 2) Jordan Hall: Tyranids 3) Joel Danko: Imperial Guard
I think some people became massively confused when they saw my army. It was the partially pink one. Some people just cannot handle the pink, it is so funny and awesome!!! I had not re-painted my now disbanded Grey Knight army, so I had the models in the old colour scheme.
The old colours were: rose pink, a few custom purples and some other stuff. Unfortunately, my plan did not go all the way with them. So they did not have puppies, unicorns, mermaids and baby bunny rabbits painted on them.
I am sorry for disappointing people because of that. Next year maybe I will bring up a unicorn/puppy/mermaid based army.
Have a great night everyone and remember:

Courage and Honour, Ave Imperator, Semper Fidelis!!!!!!!
