When Rasputina casts Ice Pillars do they remain in play. When I played Ranger he said they ended at the end of the turn but some of the sites I have seen talk about using them to create channels and block enemies from objectives however that only works if the remain in play. Only one crew member per turn can cast them. Since they are actually terrain do they stay and if not could someone please point me to rules showing why my mind wont grasp this hehe.

I don't have a copy of the newest rule book but on the Wyrd forums they have this under the "Resolved Rules Questions" B. Resolve Effect Step All Action and Spell effects that do not indicate a duration end during this step. wyrd-games.net/forum/showthread.php?t=20538Unfortunately, Ice Pillars does not mention any type of duration so I would have to agree with Gabe even though I don't think the spell was intended to end at the end of the turn phase. The first rule book does not mention anything like the above so I think this is a case of an older spell description slipping through the cracks in the new rule book.

Thanks Tri....I knew there was a reason people were talking about creating multiple versions. Not sure where the guy found the part that states when destroyed they create severe terrain when destoyed heh.

Looks like you will be modelling a bunch of Ice pillars.

They are new terrain, and so stay until someone takes the time to get rid of them. The only problem with LoboStele's ones is that he's stopped making them for the time being, some sort of real life issue going on.
