Question... does the army have to be fully painted?
Are you just doing painting scores for a single unit? or is painting score army-wide and included in overall score?
I'd like to play my WIP Blood Angels, but if painting will count towards who wins overall, I'll just stick with marines.

usually when they say "painting will be judged" that means it will be a separate category available to those who chose to participate.
cant guarantee thats right but most likely is

thats what I thought, but it never hurts to ask  If I don't get a response, I can always just pack both armies into my case tomorrow. edit - its not TERRIBLY unpainted, either.. probably around 65%-75% done, something like that. |

Paint will cont toward total score its 1-10, battles are 60pts

thanks for the answer Not gonna sacrifice that much of my final score to play with some fancy new models, time to bust out the already painted stuff |

Not bad at all, Aaron took first with 69 out of 70poings, weis took second and Craig from buffalo took first. all in all it was a great time and and i think everyone had a fun.no real issues with the missions either...

So two people took first? Or did you mean that Craig took third...or first in painting? Mostly busting your chops, but I am actually a little curious as I wasn't able to make it out. |

Craig took3rd, typo like hard.... noggle took paint,after it got passed down 3 times, (Was Aaron, then Craig, then jay, but jay didnt want it....)
