Format: 1500 points standard force org. 3, 2 1/4 hours rounds. Sign up starts a 9, games start at 10 and we break after the first round.
There are primary and secondary objectives: which are, KP, 5 objectives and table quarters.
Battle points are Primary 10/5/2 and secondary 6/3/0. (W/D/L)
The way this is going to work is that before rolling for sides, you going to write down your primary and secondary, then revival them to your opponent. then set up as normal.
You can only chose the objective each once for the primary, and twice for the secondary, and never both at the same time. Ie. g#1 kp, tq, g#2 tq, obj, g#3 obj, tq.. Also units will not be able to score both table quarters and objectives, they can do one or the other.
Yes it will be possible for both sides to both win and lose the primary...
The objective are place on a cross on the middle lines of the table for this. So your going to have your middle objective dead center, then two 15" from the center going the length wise and then 2 more 12" going width wise.
Based on the turn out and amount of player that we get there are bonus points for what codex you bring, I have a table already made but the quick break down is that it starts at 10 players the bonus get larger with the more people we get.
Painting is 16 points, which is about 1/4 of your score, judge by me.
Force Org is normal, 1500 points, and special characters are allowed, However, A special characters/Sargent upgrade nets you -5 battle points. Any Duplicates that are not from the troops, or dedicated transport slots will net you -2 battle point per each offence, Any triplicates including troops and dedicated transports (regardless of type I.e 3 rhinos or, 2 rhinos and a razor back OR, 1 rhino, 1 razor back, 1 chimera) will net you -4 and this stacks with the Duplicates rule. Also for each dedicated transport bought over the first 3 the Penalty increases by -1.
Example Time: 3 long fangs will be -6 points, where 3 grey hunters packs are -4 since they are excluded from the duplicate rule, ALSO if those three grey hunter had 3 dedicated transports, the Penalties would then be -8.
The table cant load so I'll just break it down. if we have ten people or less there is no bonus points. at 12 people if your the only one playing that codex you get +2 battle points, at 14 people you get +4 or if there are two or less you get +2, at 16 its +6 or +3, 18 +8 or +4, 20 is +10 or +5 and it caps. (there is no split for 12 players)
