so, we got one sitting around and have run into a few q's/problem, and rules we think
1) The fortress counts as 4 buildings, the tower, walkway and 2 silos
2) The tops count as battlements, you cannot charge a squad in a battlement, just the building
3)deploying into fortifications- it says in the rules that your squads can deploy into a fortification that " is also a building and WHOLLY in your deployment zone". Does the whole fortress need to be in your deployment zone or just the buildings that you are deploying in? the issue is that the fortress has a depth of 11" and the enemy cant get around to the door when deployed wholly within a 12" deployment zone. that seems to make it unassailable
4) can you leave a building and hop into a vehicle the same turn? i cant find anything that says no, but it doesnt feel right
we are playing with it now , so well have more. but please, have at it

a few more
5) can the unit inside a building overwatch like a unit in a vehicle can?
6)if so, is it just the people inside, or those on the battlement too?
7) it says that in a multiple building fortification that it takes a movement phase to move from one section to the next. can you run? does that atomatically get you to the next section?

Good questions on this one. My thoughts on it (just read the entry last night)
1 - It counts as 4 buildings as described - so yes
2 - This is the case, you can shoot grenades at them though!
3 - It is 4 buildings, provided you deploy into a building wholly in your deployment zone, I think you are okay in my opinion.
4 - Building and vehicle rules are separate and very specific. I believe you can hop out of the Fortress and into a vehicle
5 - I think you can, but you are restricted by firpoints
6 - Not sure - I tend to this yes but I do not have a rule backing on it
7 - You cannot run and move to a new section of the building. You are only given permission to do so in the movement phase.
