Page 61. Main rulebook.
Unusual power weapons. Many models have unusual power weapons that have 1 or more unique rules. If a power weapon has its own unique close combat rules, treat it as an ap3 melee weapon with the additional rules and characteristics presented in its entry.

Gorechild. Kharns huge and ancient chain axe is a artifact from the great crusade. Gorechilds jagged whirring teeth were torn from the mica-dragons on Luther McIntyre, its haft is forged of adamantium, and its head is a full three spans across. Against models with a ws, Kharns close combat attacks always hit on a roll of a 2+. In addition, gorechild is treated as a power weapon and, against vehicles, adds a d6 to kharns armor penetration rolls.
In conclusion, gorechild is a unique power weapon because it has one or more unique rules, meaning it is simply an ap3 power weapon, and is NOT a poweraxe.
Against terminators though...

Touche my friend, though it boggles my mind why they would put both of the gorechild changes in two different spots in the FAQ. Forgive me, I pulled a 14 hour shift today and I'm exhausted!

The real thing that doesn't make any sense is if the rumors are true, his axe is going back to ap3/not unwieldy in the new book. If that's the case idk why they needed to screw the model for the time being if they knew what it was going to be in a short while.
