Reserves - We're ignoring this, right?

It -sounds- like you have to roll for your opponents reserves, too, so that if you roll for your opponents reserves to come in, they have to come in during your turn.

I'm of the opinion that this is pretty stupid, and that you should only roll your own reserves. We're going to play it like that, right? I don't wanna build a list that uses reserves, only to find out that, hey, your opponent can force them to come on during his turn and then shoot at them.
