My guess is some type of strip mall. Their business model right now is to get out of the malls and open from 9-5 weekdays with limited hours on Sat and SUn. Stores are usually too small to play in.
It is the British model they are trying to apply to the US thinking people go out of their way to buy their products. In the US its the Mall foot traffic that grew their market but they just dont get that. It will be interesting to see what they do.

thats supposed to be a one man store. they have them around other parts of US. typical schedules are something like 12-7 wed-friday, 10-7 saturday, 12-5 sunday. about 35 hours open.
The Buffalo job is gone off the site. I emailed GW to find out why, I got a response that the Buffalo project is "On hold" with no timetable for it to restart.
