I'll start this thread and should be good for 2+ tables of my own. We can always use additional from the store should we need them.
Thanks all in advance for your hard work, dedication and willingness to contribute.

Now that I know terrain is fixed I'll commit to 2 tables for sure. 3 if I get ambitious enough.

I can provide six tables worth of terrain.
What's the set up schedule look like? I work that Friday and my wife goes in for surgery the Monday after the GT so I'll need to plan accordingly.

It is my understanding that we will have access to the main room Friday night after 5pm for the regular GT setup. The Friday day event (provided it is still an option - waiting for confirmation) will be held in a separate room near the main one. Exact details to follow as they are confirmed.

Just an update in regards to where we stand table count wise. We are projecting a need of 35 for fantasy (taken care of) and based upon current signups for 40K(I haven't spoken with Jay in a while to get the current count) a minimum of 40. I know that between Chris and myself/Baldo's we have 16 good sets. Previous responses from Aaron, Zach and Kevin give us another 8. This leaves us with a minimum possible shortfall of 16.
Anyone else who was planning on bringing tables? I really like the idea of our event where we have great and unique tables and terrain. We can always fall back on matts as we have those to cover any additional that we may need.
Thanks again guys.

So it looks like we will need around 50 tables for 40K. We'll also need around 40 for fantasy but those are all taken care of. If we can start a definite confirmation list that would be great. I'll start:
