Deamon army on table 1 final round of feast of blades, apparently deamons have been on table 1 6 of 7 rounds by 3 different players, this looks fun...NOT. no fateweaver though is surprising

Wonder if there will be any of these lists at daboyz with no comp

This is the exact list I try to avoid playing Daemons. It looks like it has 27 screamers, 6-12 flamers and then maybe 4 minimum sized horror squads. (ohh wait 1 unit of plagues as well, there's some variety)

The update to Daemons is very broken imo - Flamers should be around 30 points and Flamers should be 35 not 25 for it to be balanced.

Those builds did not do as well as expected at NOVA and at BFS I noticed the high psyker count nids did them in pretty easily.

I would be willing to bet that we will see many units points cost dropping in 6th ed. GW wants to sell models hehe.

Found the lists for 1 and 2 here - it was 2k with some other restrictions but the general gist of them is...

They diverged at the HQ and troop point. One going w/ 7x plagues, the other with 9x horrors w/ changeling, 8x Horrors and 2x Plagues.

At HQ we had one with just a Tzeetch Herald (naked with the Horrors it appears) and the other Fateweaver and The Masque.

The turning point was apparently when the flamers failed a ld 10 test and burned away one of their comrades before it could shoot.

i want it put on the record that i choose to pretend the update never happened and therfore refuse to ally with demons to take these units. i really hope that warriors of chaos is done better than demons in all aspects of an update.

well thank god the warriors of chaos arent too bad, kinda just tacky add-ons to an army that had no need for an update..Good thing GW actually thinks things through most of the time with fantasy (not including the MATT WARD Deamons of Chaos Army Book)
