We are excited to announce registration is open for Da Boyz GT 2015.
This year's event will be held on the weekend of November 6th-8th at the Bristol Harbor Resort in scenic Canandaigua NY.
You can register at www.daboyzgt.com. Registration will be on a first come first serve basis for each event so register early. We will have a wait list for all systems.
On Saturday and Sunday, we will host GT singles events for 40K, WFB
8th edition, and Age of Sigmar. For all players you can play under one system for doubles and another for the singles event. Just make sure your registration (and emails see below) are clear. Warhammer 8th/AoS players can choose which of the two systems they are playing by using the system tab during registration. Doubles events will be held on Friday for 8th edition and 40K game systems. If enough players indicate interest we may open additional Friday events such as AoS doubles.
40K this year we will be using a highlander based system details can be found at the link on our website.
WFB 8th Edition will use the ETC 2015 Army Restrictions system which can be found at
drive.google.com/file/d/0Bx-cjtnCQsCYSEdxNlhvWmlWc28/view All armies will be limited to 5 pool choices.
Likewise, 8th will use the FAQ from the ETC docs.google.com/document/d/11F6qQpGqsDjizrWCps3EJemQPfZGkzgaUU6RkMI1hDQ/pub
The 8th Edition tournaments will not use ETC Maps and will use standard 8th edition line of sight.
Age of Sigmar final composition/tournament rules are still under review and will not be released until closer to the event. For a likely approach, please see the UK Independent Pool Document used for Clash of Swords or the AzyrComp system. We will not be using their house rules but will be generating our own. We anticipate either allowing no summoning or specific restrictions on summoning. For further updates and discussion of the comp system please see
wargamersusa.com/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=17&t=3082
Cancellations and Refunds are available until 8am October 6th after that point we can not offer refunds
Army List Submission – Army lists will be due on October 20th please see notes about email correspondence below
Important note on Email: you can reach us at daboyzrocgt@gmail.com
In the subject line , ALWAYS start your email subject with 40K/8th/AoS Singles/Doubles and then your question/concern. Last year we had over 200 army lists and a similar number of questions sent to a shared email address. It wasn’t easy to keep track of it all. Help us out by titling carefully!
