Since you two had such fun on sunday, and since you both seem to have learned so much, I am issueing a challenge to you. Bring both your armies, and take me on together. I'll bring my marines which should easily be able to match your points. I'll still be in teach mode, so you can feel free to ask all sorts of questions. But this way you both learn and niether one of you has to sit on the sideline. And you won't be confused by having too many teachers at once.
Just let me know when you can arrive, and how many points. I want to be able to have my list planned ahead of time so we don't end up with the delay we had last time.

I suppose you have to go to 40k 101 before they can reach my 40k 406 Advanced Tactics class.

Oh, you don't want to go to 406 with professor Lobdell. Dude's got a temper. Student: Hi there, I'm here for the advanced tactics cla... Professor Lobdell: Blood for the Blood God!*Student turns to run, only to see the door slamming shut behind him. Several large dead bolt locks engage. Student slowly turns back.* Student: I'm fragile, please don't hurt me. Professor Lobdell: Skulls for the Skull Throne! Student: Mommy!

Consider me a TA. ;D
I fully admit my tactics aren't up to the standard of many of the local players. That's not saying I'm bad. Mostly I'm inconsistent. I can play really well for several games and then have a game of collosal screw-ups. But I am getting better.
My teaching ability on the other hand exceeds most though. (something about the occupation will do that.) I have more patience than some, and I'm quite willing to do stupid things on the table to illustrate a learning point. (hence the demolished Russ last week.)

I guess it is good not to finish. No winner or loser.
But........endings are good.

Shop opens at noon on sunday, so I guess that would be the meet and start time. Just need to know points. Tammy played me at 1500 last time. I'm assuming John can match that. Are we looking at 3000? Or do you want more? Let me know.

I am not sure on points. I screwed up when I started buying troops and such. I went for coolness so I got a million and 1 Elites but no troops. (OOPS me bad) John was putting stuff together today to get more points. I will let you know by tomorrow.

I won't be able to make it Sunday but can likely be there next Thursday if one of DaBoyz would be up for a lesson/game. I have to work but could come right after with 1500+ points.
