While working on this list, I found a contradiction of sorts. The description of terminator armour in the SM codex reads that a character in terminator armour can only deep strike if the mission allows it, yet in the terminator squad entry, it says they can always deep strike, even if the mission won't allow it. So what rule takes preference? Of couse I'll lean twards the squad rules, but if there has been an official ruling.....

My take would be if the character is accompanied by a terminator command squad then he can deepstrike regardless since then the squad rules should apply, but if the character is "naked" he can only deepstrike as per the mission rules.

Hmm, only if its a terminator retinue (because you roll reserves for both the Character and the Retinue together) Else you would roll seperatly for both and would use the appropiate rules for each (which ever they may be).
