Is there currently a 40k starter box with a full rulebook and 2 armies, or is there only the McCragge set and a Harcover book?
Just curious.

Depends on what you consider a "full" rulebook. The mini rulebook in the McCragge box has all of the rules that are in the hardcover book. The hardcover book has more fluf, stories and pictures and some aditional rules for things like kill team and making terain. But as far as playing the game the McCragge rulebook is more than enough.
As far as two armies, nope not really. Just the starter squads to get you going.

Thanks - I was just trying to guess what GW was planning for the upcoming Fantasy rules. It appears they will have the mini-rulebook also with a scenario-starter set - though it looks like it will have alot more mini's.
