Being extremely hard to hit in cover, (----) cover save is at +1. Note this doesnt give them a cover save if they wouldnt normally get one. Because of their diminutive size they do not block line of sight to anything behind or with them other then more (----)
Ok, so I assume the last part where they dont block line of sight is not valid anymore because screennig doesnt exist, but does this mean if I have a squad of marines behind them, and my opponent was shooting at the marines, the enemy would not to take a target priority check?
And what about if a have an indepentant charactor behind them. Could the opponent shoot the charactor?

In 40k if something is off, it can easily be explained in-universe as being because the Warp did it.

As far as I could tell, this is a non-question. Just remove the statement about not blocking line of site and they fit into 4th ed fine. All the standard ruels apply - target priority, IC's etc.
Looks like they just get extra benefit when in cover.
