I was looking through the Tyranid Codex this morning before work. I was reading through the description for Spore Mine Clusters and how the rules work for them. I think I have how they work down, but I wanted to know what others think.
It sounds like they all deep strike down and form there circle, when they use there random movement they all move based off of one die roll, or do you roll for each individually. I would think they all move together because the rules for mine's always mentions clusters and mine's as two different entity's.
If they all move together I get the way they explode as a barrage based off of the one contact mine, If they all split in random directions do they all detonate if one does or are they essentially three different mines?

I played with them once. They are cool and possibly can do a lot of damage. The one time i used them they they hit something. I believe it is only unit in the game that can come within one inch of a model.
The way i would play it, If they do not hit anything then they will each move off into a random direction. I do not have the rules with me, and do not always play by the rules (i got that from Kemp).

I thought the same thing, I re-read it this morning and it says role to scatter for the cluster, that would lead me to beleive that you role for all three at once.
