Swift as the wind allows you to take bike squads as troops as long as thier full sized. Would anyone have a problem with scout bike squads used as troops with this advantage?

yes!
i dont think they envisioned 6 units of charge 1st turn racing across the board (or is it 9)
but to answer the question...
Yes I have a problem. I hate it worse than Doug's view of a good composition fair to play army.

Well, since someone voiced opposition, I'm not going to I wasn't planning on taking 6 or 9 of them, just a max of 3 anyways. Just wanted to use them instead of scout squads for troops.

My opinion is play them if you want, they aren't that good and will lose badly to most well played armies due to being outnumbered and being very costly.

Well, it's a questionable interpretation...Not exactly RAW, but rather following the Forum FAQ. So since at least one person has a problem with it, I won't bother.
If I decided to try it, I'll just use two scout squads for troops, then a couple scout bikers. Fits the 1st and 10th theme I'm going for.
