Looking at it from RAW:
"Models that are resurrected within a unit that has charged that turn do not gain charge bonuses in the following Close Combat phase."
analysis:
"Models that ARE (current tense) ressurected within a unit that HAS charged (past tense)..."
from a strict sense this meets the burden of the description allowing into combat.
I can't put up a Invoc post without an "intent" argument, though! The lack of charge bonus is from the models being summoned AFTER the charge and without running into combat bringing the force of charge bonuses.
On the other hand, VC are going to be boring to play (with and against) summoning into combat so I'm actually in favor of GW ruling against - but the current rule looks pretty clear allowing it. In the five games I've played a number of times a single model was left at the end of combat - being able to pump 20+ models into the unit before the next round means a mess in the middle.
