He guys, The Syracuse Gamers will be holding an Indy GT on March 10th and 11th of 2007 at the On-Center in Syracuse. We would love to have you all come and help us make our first Indy GT a huge success. One thing we would like to know is if you guys would be willing to provide us with a few of your tables. After out experiences with your tournaments there in Rochester and the wonderfully tables and terrain we have used there we would like to use it in our Indy GT. Of course we will make sure your group gets the credit for any tables we borrow and if you would like to pass out info for any other tournaments your running at our GT that would be fine with us.
Now the website to register is not up yet but we are expecting a large turnout for out GT so I will post again a few day before we open the site for registration so that you guys get a first crack at signing up. Tickets will be $50 with $10 off for early registration. So when the site is up I will let you know we do expect to fill up in the first 4 weeks of registration so sign up as soon as you can.
If you have any question or table/terrain donations you can either contact me through pm or e-mail me at edwarddoherty@gmail.com
Thank you and I look forward to seeing you all there.

What ever you guys can bring is great event if it is only terrain for tables. We can always just buy some green felt if we have to.

Somethings to consider on your tourney! 1) $ 50 is a bit steep, the higher the price the smaller the market. 2) Not many kids under 18 can get $50 to play. 3) Same thing for college players. 4) $100 is a lot of money for a father & son team. 5) At least 4 of "DaBoyz" probably won't play because Chicago is the next weekend. 6) People who made landscaping for "DaBozy GT" got a discount for playing. Not being negative, just some history! Ciao!

We understand that $50 is a bit steep so we are going to offer a $10 rebate for early registration. I would be willing to entertain the idea of a discount for bring terrain but not in a public forum so please pm me and we can work discuss it further.
$40 is all it will cost for a person if they register early. I will let you all know the date that registrations opens soon.

Is this just 40K? What do you need for stuff? How many people are you limiting it to?
Thanks, Boldo

Here is the info available right now. 1. It is 40k only. We are working with Mike M. and since he does a Fantasy Indy GT in Marauders we are only going to do a 40K one.
2. We currently have 60 spots available, but if those fill fast we will try and secure at least 20 more. So it is in everyones best interest to register early.
The tourney will be:
1850pts
5 rounds over 2 days
Many prizes beyond the obvious ones (best overall, best army, best painted)
Look for more details as they become available

Can I get a quick count of the number of people that are at least thinking about coming up for our tournament. I am starting to speak to hotels in the area so I can get a deal on rooms for people.
