Thank you very much Ron. Yes all the 1st of the month tournaments are at Boldo's. Now are there other people interested in running a tournament?

I believe to answer you Brian, he means the first Sunday of the month. So the first tournament would be June 6th.
"First of the month", meaning the first sunday of the month.

Alex,
I agree the winners should run the next one (unless they are from out of town). I will run the one in October. I want to do run it as a GT primer. We will use the same missions and rules. This will let us play test our event.

Yeah I guess that is a good point I like the $5 with $5 pizza buy in with all money returned as prizes which should give say $40 for an 8person tournament but if people like it can be $10 with $80 for 8 people.

only issue to the winner runs next one i would see is what happens if the winner has no experience on running them. that could possibly scare some newer players off.

Running a tournement is not hard. You have your baisc guildlines with points and then you get to yell at people for stuff. Like being late, or at the end of a round. Not to mention you get to harrass people who lose or win. Plus you get to relax on a sunday.
Also if you want help Im always around to give ya a hand or anyone else that wants or needs it. Just give me a shout.

I would like to sign up to run the August one.
Will give points and info after the june tourney.
On a comedic note....

if I win, your all in big, big trouble.
my tournament rules - 2000 points. your army must be chosen from 4 different codex, at 500 points per side. each group has its own force org chart, and will be handled like a 4v4 game of warhammer (adepticon team rules in effect)
