We can fit around 60 miniatures players comfortably at this point. If I get more then that I still have access to the old space which is completely empty. So no need to reserve seating, we will have plenty. Again more then 18 and free food for player's.

Spoke with a couple of people today that were interested in having the teams event held before Adepticon. I am game for that. So the January event will be a teams event using much of the Adepticon rules set. The teams will be two man teams consisting of 1000 points each. I will get more details on this soon. Price per player will still be 10 dollars a head. I will be giving out the same prize support s always. Please get a post going on who has a team and if your looking for a team sooner then later. Only the top team will qualify for the invitational. Will you be using the Adepticon rules for including Imperial Armor/Apoc units? Pairing it down to two players, will you be using team member #1 and #2 force organization charts? Or something different?

Aye, are we playing 1-1-3-1-1 FO's for everyone, or will each member get a bump in one category?
Also, are unlocked retinue units like archon's court, honor guard, tyrant guard legal as they don't take up an HQ slot?

I would be interested in playing with someone for an Imperial team. I have a variety of space marine units to compose my side of the 1,000 points with. I have not played much locally; however, would be willing to meet ahead of time for practice games or what not.

any progress on the full rules yet?
i personally think it would be cool to slightly change the FOC for either teammate, aka +1 elite or fast for one and +1 heavy for the other

It'll probably end up that way as the event is practice for the adepticon teams locally and their lists will have +1 in various FO slots.
Final word needs to come from Travis tho.

Ok so for the force org you and your teammate each pick one of these to play. You both can not choose the same one: List #1 1xHQ 2xElite 3xTroop 1xFast 1xHeavy
List #2 1xHQ 1xElite 3xTroop 2xFast 1xHeavy
List #3 1xHQ 1xElite 3xTroop 1xFast 2xHeavy

Also units that state they do not take up a force org slot (ie warlock unit, chaos marine greater deamons, command squads..) or units that allow you to have two choices for one slot (Deamon Heralds or space wolf HQs) are allowed as they read in their codices.
**You are required min of 1 HQ and 1 Troop in each force org **

I also had messaged kpatterson who seemed to be looking. For the most part I'm new to the 40k gaming scene at Millennium. I was at the Da Boyz GT 2009, out sick for the Da Boyz GT 2010 and had on one or two occasion played a game with my brother in law at Millennium a few months ago. More than willing to try and get down after work to meet people. I should also be at the RUDICON event this weekend.
